REO Training Courses
The purpose of this course is to provide the agent a broad
understanding of each aspect of the Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) It
covers the five most common methods used in the default and mortgage
industries in determining values. You will learn how to calculate the
Absorption Rate and Demand Supply Factor. Additionally it provides
techniques for estimating repairs and adjusting comparable properties
for the purpose of providing an accurate true estimate of the value of a
property. (course duration approximately 6 hours)
Effectively marketing REO properties is not limited to just pricing
the property correctly and getting it listed on the MLS. If it were that
easy, then anyone could do it. This course helps Agents to understand
how marketing REOs are different from traditional real estate, who their
target market is and how to reach them. (course duration approximately 4
hours)
This advanced course focuses on improving the efficiency of the Agent
in the REO Business - looking at available technology, staffing, and
models for hiring and training. The course reviews the responsibilities
of the REO Agent and provides best practices to improve. Finally, you
will gain an understanding of how the industry evaluates their success
using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along with the "checks and
balances" in place to propagate ethical and professional behavior.

Refund Policy
REO Training Solutions believes strongly in serving our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your experience and would like to cancel your registration for a refund we will gladly provide one under the following conditions:
- Requests are submitted within 6 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Requests are made direct to REO Training Solutions via mail, email, or FAX.
- The student has not started or completed a course final exam or received a course completion certificate.
In the event multiple courses were purchased, the cancelation request must be received prior to completion of the first course. If the student received textbooks in addition to the courses, the books must be returned to REO Training Solutions before the request will be processed.
A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total purchase amount will be charged to the student to cancel a registration. Refund requests will be issued by the 20th of each month.
