The Accredited REO Agent™ (A-REO™) Designation was created by Reo Training Solutions to provide an indication to those in the default industry the agent's mastery of course content and baseline knowledge of what it takes to be a successful REO Agent.

Recognized within the default industry by top organizations including GSE's, outsourcers, and asset management companies, the AREO ™ designation differentiates agents from others in the real estate industry. These agents know how REOs are different, how to accurately provide a broker's opinion of value, how to market and get the properties sold, and most importantly how to grow their business.

The students and members of the A-REO™ community are committed to ongoing education. Dedicated to improving the industry, they willing participate in student discussions, blogs, news and best practices. On an annual basis the A-REO™ Agent may be asked to complete additional coursework as the industry continues to evolve.

Upon successful completion of the initial four courses and final exams you will receive your Accredited REO Agent™ certificate and the right to use the designation letters and the logo in all correspondence, resumes and promotional materials.
